Using Invoice Crate

Invoice Crate provides browser-based tools for creating invoices, receipts, quotes, and payslips. You may use the site for lawful business and personal purposes.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the documents you create, and how you use or share exported files.

No professional advice

Invoice Crate is a general document tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, or financial advice.

Before sending or relying on a document, verify the content and confirm any local legal, tax, payroll, or regulatory requirements that apply to you.

Document accuracy

  • Check names, addresses, tax rates, totals, payment terms, and bank or payment details before sending.
  • Use the calculators as estimation tools, not as official tax determinations.
  • Keep your own records and backups of important documents.

Availability

We aim to keep Invoice Crate available and reliable, but the site may change, pause, or stop operating at any time. Features may be updated, added, or removed.

Limitation of liability

Invoice Crate is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses related to use of the site or documents created with it.
