Invoice Crate is built as a privacy-first document tool. The document details you enter stay in your browser unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.

Information you enter

You can use Invoice Crate without creating an account. The invoice, receipt, quote, and payslip details you type into the generator are processed in your browser so the preview, print view, and PDF export can work.

Invoice Crate does not require you to submit customer, employee, logo, or line-item details to a server to generate documents.

Local browser storage

Drafts may be saved in your browser localStorage so you can continue editing later on the same device and browser.

Clearing browser data, using another device, or using a private browsing window may remove or hide those saved drafts.

PDF export and printing

PDF export and printing use the current document preview in your browser. You are responsible for checking the document before sending it to customers, employees, vendors, or tax authorities.

Technical data

Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request. This helps keep the site reliable and secure.

Your choices
