Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a quote and an invoice?

A quote (or estimate) is sent before work begins to outline expected costs. An invoice is sent after work is completed to request payment.

Can I convert a quote to an invoice?

This feature is coming soon. For now, you can create an invoice using the same details from your quote.

Can I add an acceptance / signature area?

Yes. Enable "Show Signature" in Brand & Style to add a client acceptance block with signature and date lines.
